Dr. Trevor E. Elmquist
Service: Chief Resident, Walter Reed Army Medical Center
Dr. E. Trevor Elmquist served as an ophthalmology resident at Walter Reed Army Medical Center from 1985 -1988. He was selected as Chief Resident at Walter Reed and served in this capacity from 1987 – 1988. Dr. Elmquist was the Chief of the eye clinic at Homestead Air Force base from 1988 – 1990.
Dr. Kate Wagner
Service: Captain – US Army
Dr. Kate Wagner was a Captain in the United States Army. She was stationed at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Wagner was deployed for Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004 to 2005. She treated service men and women, and local civilians at a clinic 50 kilometers north of Baghdad.
Dr. Sarah Eccles-Brown
Service: Major – US Air Force
Dr. Sarah Eccles-Brown began her active duty career as an ophthalmology resident at Wilford Hall Medical Center and Brooke Army Medical Center, now known as San Antonio Military Medical Center, from 2008-2012. After this, Dr. Eccles-Brown served as a Major in the U.S. Air Force stationed at Eglin Air Force Base from 2012-2016 where she had the honor of serving the active duty, retiree and dependent population of Northwest Florida as a comprehensive ophthalmologist.
