At Elmquist Eye Group we provide our patients with a full range of the most current contact lenses available. Whether you are currently wearing contact lenses or if you interested in trying contact lenses for the first time we can help you! We offer a large variety of lenses to best suit your needs. Contact lens options include: daily wear, extended wear, toric lenses for astigmatism, bifocal lenses, multifocal lenses, monovision, colored lenses, and rigid gas permeable lenses. There are even contact lenses designed for people with dry eyes.
We take pride in providing a thorough examination, including a contact lens fitting to determine which of the many lens types will suit you needs. This includes discussion with the doctor and special measurements that are not performed in regular eye exams. Sometimes you will need an additional appointment for the fitting. First time wearers will be provided with one-on-one instruction from one of our specially trained technicians. This instruction includes the proper insertion, removal, and care of your contact lenses. A follow-up visit will be scheduled to insure the lenses are fitting properly and that your visual goal has been met.
