Appointments & Payment

Our office hours are: Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Doctor sees Shell Point Residents at Shell Point Village from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.

Should an emergency occur after hours, please call our office where your concern will be promptly relayed to Dr. Elmquist; however in an emergency, please go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Elmquist Eye Group will gladly file your insurance if our office is a participating provider and if you furnish us with complete insurance information. As a courtesy, we accept Medicare assignment on all office examinations, tests and covered procedures.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact our office prior to your visit so we can discuss payment arrangements.
