Fort Myers Office
Our office hours are:
Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Cape Coral Office (Now Open)
Our office hours are:
Monday - 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday - Friday - 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday - 9 a.m - 1 p.m.

Shell Point
A doctor sees residents at Shell Point Village from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Additional Information
Should a minor emergency occur after hours, please call our office where your concern will be promptly relayed to the doctor on call. However, in a life-threatening emergency, please go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Elmquist Eye Group will gladly file your insurance if our office is a participating provider. As a courtesy, we accept Medicare assignment on all office examinations, tests and covered procedures.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact our office prior to your visit so we can discuss payment arrangements or financing opportunities.
